Kate started hairdressing in 1998. Kate trained at Chichester College for 3 years, gained a NVQ level 2. Attended courses by Redken, Goldwell and Yuko Straightening System. Continued training at Buzby and Blue to advance cutting and colouring skills, including a one year barbering course.

Nikki started hairdressing in 1987. Two years training. Attended a number of advanced courses in hairdressing run by L'Oreal and Goldwell in London. Attended perming and motivation courses.
